Description

This amazing villa is located near Buger, in the north of Mallorca and offers a second home for 10 people.

It is a 350 m2 two-storey house. It has 5 bedrooms and it is ideal for families or groups of friends. On the first floor you will find four rooms: three of them with two single beds each and one with a double bed. The other bedroom on the ground floor has a double bed as well. There are three bathrooms with shower or bathtub. The house has AC.

The house has a welcoming and warm atmosphere. It is the perfect choice for those who look for relax. You will be able to relax on the comfy sofa of the living room, watch satellite TV, surf the Internet (WIFI) or have a little nap. The dining area in the kitchen has a table and chairs for 12 people. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you might need: coffee machine, toaster, microwave, blender, gas stove, electric oven, fridge, and a lot more. The property has washing machine, iron and ironing board as well and it is equipped with oil central heating.

The exterior is really beautiful: have a BBQ, swim in the pool (10 x 6 m) or just relax in the garden. In the terrace there is a table with chairs and surrounding the pool there are 8 sun beds. The whole plot has 4000 m2. You will have space to park up to 6 cars. Please mind that pets are not allowed!

The house is only 4,5 km from Búger, a lovely town, and 1,5 km far from Sa Pobla, where you will find most of the things you will need during your stay: supermarket, medical centre, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, etc. The beautiful village Pollença is also quite close. This place is worth a visit, you will enjoy its tiny cobbled streets with lots of shops, and you will be able to go up to Calvari, a tiny church on the top of the village, where you will enjoy the astonishing views of the surroundings.

In only 20 minutes driving by car you will reach the beach of Capellans / Can Picafort. Pass a pleasant day on the fine grained sand beach or enjoy a cocktail while watching the sun goes down. You will find a good Paella restaurant there, a typical Spanish rice dish with meat, vegetables and seafood. Very tasty and spectacular views included! Apart of this beach area discover the main beach of Can Picafort with its animated sea promenade, the quiet zone of Playa de Muro and the crystal clear waters of the beaches of Alcúdia.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season .The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay.
