Villa Simeana is an enchanting villa with a private swimming pool; a traditional look with modern comfort! This villa is located in the village of Kringa and is suitable for a large group of friends or several families. In the fenced garden you’ll have a swimming pool, sun beds and umbrellas, a barbecue and a covered terrace with kitchen and dining table for 18 people at your disposal. The villa has a comfortable interior and is air-conditioned. On the ground floor you will find a living room with a sofa bed for two children, a dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom with bathroom en suite and a separate toilet. On the first floor you will find a game room with pool table and darts, a sauna and three bedrooms with bathrooms en suite. On the second floor are five bedrooms with bathrooms and suite. The town of Porec with its picturesque center and the beaches on the west coast are approximately a 30 minute drive away. A small supermarket and a restaurant are within walking distance.
