One the ground floor there are 2 spacious master bedrooms, each offering comfortable bedding, shower bathroom and beautiful sea views. The third bedroom is on a semi-basement floor, it offers separate/private entrance, king size bed and shower bathroom.
The outdoor terrace is a highlight of Villa Artemis. It features a private pool where you can swim while enjoying the sea views. Sun loungers are placed around the pool for relaxing in the sun.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ALL THE GUESTS: According the change in the law on short-term rentals in Greece (LAW 5073/2023), that is effective from 1/1/2024 all renters/visitors, who have made a reservation through short-term rental platforms, are required to inform regarding the passport or id details and pay additional 2 taxes on top of the rental amount.
The visitor's taxes are:
0,5% of the rent amount and
10 euro per day of stay (10euro*days)-those must be paid in cash on arrival date, before check in. Taxes are collected for the owner, by the person who will welcome visitors on the day of the arrival. At the same time, an issued receipt for the paid amounts will be given from the name of the owner.
The taxes will be returned to the Greek state, with the declaration of particular stay at the end of each month.
