Description

After only a one-hour drive, exclusively on paved roads, you arrive at the villa "Son Ganxo Tres" from the island airport, where you can set your own feel-good pace. After traveling, you may want to enjoy a cool drink on the terrace, which is a pleasant spot even in the hottest summer weather because of its roof. You will surely enjoy all meals of the day at the modern table in the coming vacation days whenever the outdoor temperatures allow it. And even though a refreshing breakfast in this spot promises to be a special pleasure, the brick barbecue is probably already tempting you with ideas of delicious delicacies which you can enjoy together in the evening by the barbecue. Who will be the first one to dare the jump into the cool water? Blue mosaic tiles, semi-circular stairs, and an 8-metre-long pool that becomes shallow at one end offer a solid basis for hot Mallorcan days. For sunbathing, the loungers can be positioned appropriately in the garden. There is also some breezy palm tree shade here and there. You can watch the world from above from the roof terrace, which is located on the first floor and which also offers a view of the garden.

Accessible directly via the ground-level terrace: the living/dining room containing two sofas and a dining table. This is a comfortable place for watching television, while the right next to it all guests can also occasionally eat indoors, which may be very tempting on lazy days simply due to the fact that the kitchen is so close. In a dark brown and silver look, equipped with all the necessary comfort, the kitchen provides a good basis for fully independent self-catering days - and the large combination refrigerator/freezer will reliably keep the holiday bar at a suitable temperature. A cosy bedroom with two single beds as well as a bathroom is also located on this living level. Anyone who insists on a single room, even when the house is fully occupied, can use the room beside the lounge equipped with bunk beds. Stairs take the guest upstairs and on to the other two bedrooms - both with double beds measuring 1.80 x 2.00 m, one of which has an en-suite bathroom. A total of three showers and one bathtub characterise the three modernly designed bathrooms, flooded with daylight, in the villa.

Among other things, the particular appeal of the vacation residences in the southeast of the island is their proximity to the so-called Calas de Mallorca. The little sandy coves, in parts still undeveloped, invite you for a swim with their often fine sand and shallow entry into the water, making them particularly ideal for families with small children. The small road by the house takes you to a number of attractive excursion and swimming destinations within a short time, including the well-protected swimming cove of Cala Murada, where the blue flag indicating clean water waves and where lounge chairs, sanitary facilities, and a beach bar meet a wide range of requirements. The beaches of Son S'Arenal in Porto Colom (about 10 km) and Cala Sa Nau in S`Horta (about 14 km) are also highly recommended! The region around Cales de Mallorca, which has a wealth of caves, allows historical stories to come alive, and a trip to the nearby San Salvador monastery promises fabulous views.
