Description

The chlorine pool with a size of 7m x 4m and a depth of between 1m and 1.9m invites you to a refreshing dip. Surrounded by a terrace with six sun loungers, there stand two tall palm trees. During the hottest hours, you can have a refreshing outdoor shower. A staircase leads to the porch and on the other side, there is a barbecue area, where you can prepare authentic outdoor delightful meals. The plot is fenced and there are direct neighbors.

The house is decorated in a very lively and bright style, combined with a colorful and modern deco. The living room with satellite TV gives access to a room with large windows that can be used for an afternoon relaxing cup of coffee, or as a reading space. The kitchen, with a ceramic hob, is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils.

All three bedrooms are equipped with a double bed, and one of them with en-suite bathroom with bathtub. The television in the first bedroom has local Spanish channels. The second bathroom with shower counts also with washing machine, iron and ironing board. There's central heating upon charge for the winter.

Badia Blava is a quiet urbanization and many Mallorcan people chose it as their summer residence. The coast is mostly rocky but there are sandy beaches nearby such as the quiet Cala Blava or the lively El Arenal beach. In about half an hour by car, you will reach the capital of the island, Palma de Mallorca, famous for La Seu Cathedral, the picturesque old town, great gastronomic offer, museums, leisure, shops and nightlife. The house is just 3 km from the Maioris golf course, making it a destination for golf lovers. Nearby there is a large supermarket and some good restaurants.

Note: This rental does not accept clients under 30 years of age, except in cases where they are traveling with their parents. We need copies of each person's ID to accept the reservation.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
