## Space
This charming accommodation offers the ideal setting for a relaxing and comfortable holiday. There is a large 25 m² terrace, perfect for al fresco dining, and a private 75 m² garden for relaxing. A private swimming pool measuring 2.5 m x 4 m, with a depth of 1.30 m, is at your disposal for refreshing moments. The pool is not heated and is open from early June.
There are two bedrooms on the first floor, one with a double bed (160x200 cm) and the other with a double bed (140x200 cm), providing spacious and comfortable sleeping areas. On the ground floor, a large sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping accommodation.
The accommodation has two bathrooms: upstairs, a bathroom with washbasin, shower and WC, and downstairs, a bathroom with bath and WC for added convenience.
The fully-equipped kitchen has a classic filter coffee machine and an automatic Senseo coffee machine, ideal for your coffee breaks.
For your convenience, the flat has two private parking spaces and a garage, offering practical storage space for your beach equipment, bicycles or luggage. The perfect setting for a relaxing holiday.

The town of Vias will win you over with a multitude of activities, including a visit to the André Malraux art gallery, a trip on the Canal du Midi, the pleasure of strolling through the streets of Vias on the seafront, enjoying a day at Europark or hiring a bike and cycling along part of the famous Canal du Midi or along the Mediterranean coastline.
Access to the various beaches of Vias is easy via the cycle paths (2.5km) or directly from the on-site car parks. There are plenty of water-based activities on offer on the various beaches, including diving, sailing, jet skiing or paddle boarding, kitesurfing and wakeboarding, sea kayaking... The accommodation is close to a host of restaurants, bars and other shops.

## Transit
By train: Vias railway station is 1 kilometre from the historic centre of Vias. For those who prefer to arrive from Agde, there is a larger station serving TER and TGV trains. This station is only 5 kilometres from the centre of Vias.
By plane: You can fly into Vias from Béziers Cap d'Agde airport. The airport is 5 kilometres from Vias town centre.
By bus: Hérault Transport connects Vias to various towns in the Hérault department.
## Notes
During July and August, the accommodation is only available for rental from Saturday to Saturday.
A security deposit of 400 € will be requested upon your arrival.
Guests are invited to bring their own bed linen and towels.
You can book bed linen and towel kits for €10 per person per stay.
Outside July and August, end-of-stay cleaning is optional.
However, if you prefer, we can do it for you for a fee of 120 € TTC.
End-of-stay cleaning is mandatory in July and August.
If the cleaning fee does not appear when booking, it must be paid on-site when collecting the keys.
Youth groups are not accepted.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
