Villa Giuly is located in a residence in Quartu Sant' Elena and offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The beautiful house consists of a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms as well as 3 bathrooms (2 are ensuites in the 2 double bedrooms) and an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 10 people. The child-friendly holiday home includes Wi-Fi, air conditioning, fans, heating, and cable TV. Children’s books and toys are also provided and a baby cot, children’s bed and highchair are available upon request. In the laundry area there is a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a second fridge. Your private outdoor area is the ideal spot to relax with a good book and consists of a garden and an open terrace as well as a barbecue and an outdoor shower. A shared covered terrace is also available for your use. Restaurants, bars and cafes can be reached on foot in approximately 5-10 minutes and the nearest supermarket is a 15-minute walk away (1.1 km). The residence offers a semi-exclusive beach, just 50 m away, where you can sunbathe on the soft sand. The house is also ideally located halfway between Villasimius and Cagliari. Cagliari airport can be reached by car in 41 minutes (39 km). Parking spaces are available on the property. If requested in advance, pets are allowed for an extra fee. Bed linens and towels are available upon request and for an extra fee. The villa is in a private residence with 24 hr security.
