The Villa is a 4 bedroom villa located in the middle of the complex, measuring about 160m2 and featuring a newly built private pool. The villa can accommodate comfortably up to 8+5 guests.

The main entrance of the villa leads to a modern and spacious living room with fully equipped kitchen and dining area as well as a master bathroom with shower. The living room features two 3-seater sofas that can be turned into a double bed (150*210cm).



The ground floor offers 3 bedrooms one of which is a master bedroom with queen sized bed (160*200cm) and en-suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom offers 2 single beds (90*200cm) that can be joined to one King sized bed (180*200cm) and a single sofa-bed (75*190cm), whereas the third bedroom offers 2 single beds (90*200cm) that can be joined to one King sized bed (180*200cm).



A few stairs to the lower floor lead to one more spacious bedroom with queen sized bed (160*200cm) and a 3-seater sofa convertible into a double bed (150*210cm) through a practically effortless operating mechanism.



The front furnished veranda of the villa offers private swimming pool and garden view as well as direct access to the pool.

Villa features 4 bedrooms, two with Queen sized bed (160x200) and two with 2 single beds each. The Single beds can be joined into a King sized bed(180x200) upon advanced notice. Please specify the Bed distribution you prefer (number of Single and King sized beds).
