The Barn - 2 Bedroom Cottage - Neyland

Description

The Barn is a beautifully decorated two bedroom cottage sleeping four located in Honeyborough, Neyland. When entering the property you will find the living area offering a large comfy corner sofa for you to kick back and relax in-front of the log burner and large flat screen TV with Sky Q (not sport or films) and Netflix are provided free of charge. An initial supply of logs, kindling and paper is supplied - further logs/kindling can be purchased from the local garage. The superbly equipped kitchen sits just opposite this with everything you would need to cook for you and your guest, it includes a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, coffee machine, microwave, slow cooker, plumbed in water filter, oven and hob, iron and board, plenty of crockery, cutlery and glassware all along side the dining table. The Barn also provides Wif-Fi. The Barn is run on an environmentally responsible basis.



Heading upstairs you will find the two bedrooms, the master bedroom boasts a king size bed and the second bedroom is a double room. The upstairs landing area offers another place for an extra guest or you to chill on the full-sized daybed; there is also a desk with wired ethernet port/cable should you need to work. Hair dryers are provided in the bedrooms.



The family bathroom boasts both a bath, a full size walk in shower, toilet and hand basin - there is a supply of toilet paper, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and tissues for guests.



The Barn offers parking and an outside seating area, but please be aware this is close to the neighbouring property.



Please note: One well-behaved dog is welcome in the property – please note they are not permitted upstairs or on the furniture.

There is a travel cot (bedding not supplied) and high chair available on request - baby gates are in place throughout the property.
