The living room of 40m2 is comfortable, the kitchen equipped with every comfort: classic oven and microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine with Nescafè pods, toaster.
Even in the bedroom, with attached bathroom with shower, the large window lets in all the beauty of the Marche hills.
Live the house, taste the materials, let yourself be pampered by both indoor and outdoor spaces and without even realizing it you will feel part of a wonderful picture where time passes but without frenzy, without urgency. A comfortable table placed in the outdoor spaces, will allow you to organize pleasant dinners in the moonlight or breakfasts that really know good morning.
