Description
It is a very comfortable and functional chalet. It is located in a quiet urbanization (Urbanization La Moraleda Phase 2), 200 meters from the center of the town of La Adrada where there are all shops and entertainment venues, without noise, ideal for the elderly, young people and children because of its proximity. It has good mountain views. A few minutes from the routes and trails that can be traveled and from which you can make magnificent excursions.
The villa is fully prepared with all comforts, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a toilet, heating, living room with decorative fireplace, backyard, front garden. For 9 people.
La Adrada is located in the eastern massif of the Sierra de Gredos and in the Tiétar Valley. It is 623 meters above sea level, 80 km from Ávila capital and 98 km from the Puerta del Sol in Madrid. It has a population close to 3,000 inhabitants, although in the summer it can easily triple the number of residents.
The urbanization "La Moraleda" is very quiet and well connected, you do not have to travel by car to go to the town. Within 8 minutes on foot you can find some bars and restaurants, the church, shops (churrerías, small supermarkets, bakeries) and parks.
The excursions and the visit to the leisure and riding center "La Espuela" can be a great addition to your visit. This center offers many activities for people of all ages.
Other points of interest:
San Juan Reservoir (37 km away): The swamp is undoubtedly the beach of Madrid. Formed by the Alberche river, tributary of the Tagus, this reservoir is the only one in the Community of Madrid where bathing and motorized water activities are allowed.
Don Álvaro de Luna Castle, with spectacular views of the town and the mountains. It can be accessed on foot (20 min from the house) or by car (the road is somewhat on the slope from the main square).
Other specialized centers in the area offer activities such as hiking, bike, motorcycle, quad or horse routes, Roman bridge routes, paragliding, fishing, canoes, paintball, and more.
