## Space
This charming 40 m² flat is designed to offer comfort and practicality, making it ideal for stays with family or friends. It features a bright living room with a comfortable sofa, a fully equipped kitchen to cater for all your needs, and air conditioning for pleasant days even in the heat.
The bathroom, located on the ground floor, has a shower cubicle and WC. A washing machine is also available in the bathroom, to make your daily life easier during your stay.
At night, there are two bedrooms, each with a 140 cm double bed, providing cosy and comfortable sleeping areas. A mezzanine completes the space with two single bunk beds, ideal for children.
Outside, you'll enjoy a small private garden and terrace facing north-west, perfect for relaxing outdoors and taking full advantage of the Mediterranean climate.
The residence boasts rare direct access to Vias-Plage's avenue des commerces, so you can easily reach the shops, restaurants and local entertainment on foot. An ideal setting for a relaxing, friendly holiday.

The flat has 1 private parking space at the entrance to the residence, closed by an electric gate.

The town of Vias will win you over with a multitude of activities, including a visit to the André Malraux art gallery, a trip on the Canal du Midi, the pleasure of strolling through the streets of Vias on the seafront, enjoying a day at Europark or hiring a bike and cycling along part of the famous Canal du Midi or along the Mediterranean coastline.
Access to the various beaches of Vias is easy via the cycle paths (2.5km) or directly from the on-site car parks. There are plenty of water-based activities on offer on the various beaches, including diving, sailing, jet skiing or paddle boarding, kitesurfing and wakeboarding, sea kayaking... The accommodation is close to a host of restaurants, bars and other shops.

The house is located in a private, secure residence. It is fully gated. The residence is quiet and family-friendly.
## Transit
By train: Vias railway station is 1 kilometre from the historic centre of Vias. For those who prefer to arrive from Agde, there is a larger station serving TER and TGV trains. This station is only 5 kilometres from the centre of Vias.
By plane: You can fly into Vias from Béziers Cap d'Agde airport. The airport is 5 kilometres from Vias town centre.
By bus: Hérault Transport connects Vias to various towns in the Hérault department.
## Notes
During July and August, the accommodation is only available for rental from Sunday to Sunday.
A security deposit of 300 € will be requested upon your arrival.
Guests are invited to bring their own bed linen and towels.
You can book bed linen and towel kits for €10 per person per stay.
Outside July and August, end-of-stay cleaning is optional.
However, if you prefer, we can do it for you for a fee of 84 € TTC.
End-of-stay cleaning is mandatory in July and August.
If the cleaning fee does not appear when booking, it must be paid on-site when collecting the keys.
Youth groups are not accepted.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
