Villa Zen is located in Vintijan, a small village next to the city of Pula and very close to Pjescana Uvala. It is only 1300 m from the sea and is a luxurious villa that leaves little to be desired. The villa has a modern design yet has been fully furnished. On the ground floor you will find a spacious living area combined with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a bathroom and a Finnish sauna with gym and built-in shower. The bedrooms all have a double bed, TV and air conditioning and are located on the upper floor. Three of the four bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms for added convenience. The outdoor area impresses with a beautiful pool and numerous sun loungers. There is enough space to relax for the whole family. There is also a hot tub for that extra luxury feel, allowing you to make regular money on your vacation. In the garden you will also find a covered outdoor dining area, as well as a small "summer kitchen" with a barbecue where you can prepare delicious meals for friends and family. Villa Zen is not a party house and youth groups are not allowed. It is just a stone's throw from Pjescana Uvala, a small town near Pula, surrounded by the green Mediterranean. Pjescana uvala is known for its rich gastronomic offer and here you will find bars, shops, restaurants and a harbor. Further south is Medulin, a small town known for its diverse range of sporting activities and beautiful sandy beaches. Brijuni National Park is also nearby and is ideal for a day trip with the whole family.
