Charming holiday house with partial view of the sea in the distance, just 7 km away from the beautiful beaches of Lido di Camaiore and Viareggio. This holiday home is spread over two floors. On the ground floor: spacious living room with fireplace, kitchen, bathroom and double bedroom. On 1st floor: two double bedrooms, bathroom. A well-kept garden is equipped with barbecue, ideal for outdoor dining while overlooking the surrounding Tuscan countryside. The location is ideal, not only to reach the famous beaches of Lido di Camaiore (5 km), Viareggio (9 km) and Forte dei Marmi (13 km), but also to visit Carrara (42 km) with its fine marble and the sculptor-town of Pietrasanta (8 km). Nature and sports lovers can discover the Antro of Corchia (25,5 km), a cave in the park of the Apuan Alps with 70 km tunnels and waterholes, making it the most important karst complex in Italy. Furthermore there is a 20km bike path which connects the villages of the Versilia. A visit to the fascinating cities of Pisa (31 km), Lucca (29 km) and Florence (104 km) is a must for art lovers! The town of Collodi, the hometown of Pinocchio, is 50 km away, an ideal destination for children. In summer it is possible to reach the famous Cinque Terre by boat from Viareggio. Arrival only between 4 pm-8 pm. In the immediate vicinity of the house is recorded the presence of free-ranging wild animals.
