ScorpioBay Villa is a beautiful 5BR villa near Chalkida built into the hillside overlooking the Aegean sea. Great outdoor spaces include the 60m2 swimming pool and a functional BBQ. The villa is built into the hillside, by the sea, on two levels.
The ground floor comprises the ambient living&dining room, the stylish "whitewashed - roustique" functional kitchen and a guest bathroom.
One floor above is the main double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and jaccuzi and its own private balcony overlooking the sea, and yet two other ensuite double bedrooms with their own bathrooms.
On the level below the swimming pool there are two beautiful independent studios, with ensuite bathrooms and large terraces offering undisrupted sea views.
Outside the Villa, on the terrace, there is the large 60 m2 swimming pool, as well as a barbeque area and a covered dining area with sea view.
A small private beach awaits you, to immerse into the Aegean waters, just a 2 min walk down the wide stairs which lead to the sea.
The property also offers a large parking spot for guests to leave their car, with a capacity for four cars.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
The location of ScorpioBay Villa is called Skorponeria. It is just 90 km far from Athens International airport and only 25 km far from Chalkida. The sea view around the house is beautiful and unobstructed. In a short distance there are many beaches (small and a bigger ones), creeks with rocks and in just 20 km there is beautiful Alikes beach with sun-beds, beach bars, taverns and cafes, providing also many sport activities. The area is ideal for hiking, swimming, fishing, canoeing and other water sports. The serene landscape and the quietness of the area make ScorpoBay Villa ideal for relaxation, meditation, discharge and carefree family or friends holidays. Nearby excursions can be organized to Chalkida, Delphi, Arachova and Parnassos.
