Description

The contemporary and sprawling Casa Soleada is situated just a few hundred metres from one of the most idyllic sunset beaches in Ibiza, Cala Conta. This gorgeous, five-bedroom villa sits in an exclusive, gated development with rambling gardens and stunning, uninterrupted sea views. The villa is spacious, and with white and cream hues and warm, honey-coloured natural stone throughout, it offers a warm and inviting ambience.

The Cala Conta coastline is famous for its spectacular sunset views and its diverse beaches. The soft golden sands and crystal clear turquoise water is perfect for diving and snorkelling. There are stunning views of the islets of Es Bosc, Sa Conillera, Ses Bledes and S'Espartar.

Casa Soleada boasts incredible flower-filled gardens, manicured lawns and fantastic sun-kissed terraces. There is a myriad of spaces to chill out and soak up the glorious Ibiza sunshine. A fabulous summer kitchen with barbecue is perfect for alfresco dining. The sea views are very special; you will not want to leave! The lavender paths that greet you, the huge, statement palms and the colourful plant beds bordering the exquisite swimming pool are all so impressive. The outdoor lounge and dining furniture is sumptuous and inviting. There are plenty of options for shade and sun, perfect spaces to curl up with your holiday reading and others to capture that enviable suntan. The outside space of Casa Soleada is hard to beat! Children will love the trampoline and the bikes, kayaks and stand-up paddleboards that are provided for guests' use.

The design of the villa makes great use of polished floors, bleached wood, huge panels of glass and warm, inviting, natural stone to create a cool, calm living space. All of the rooms benefit from the fabulous garden and sea views. The main living area is open plan with gorgeous furnishings, an open fireplace and an excellent, trendy, sleek kitchen. There is a useful breakfast bar as well as the enormous, farmhouse-style, rustic dining table. This villa is built for laid-back entertaining.

The same crisp, cool style continues into the five double bedrooms and bathrooms. Four of the double beds can be split into a pair of twin beds for versatile guest accommodation. Exquisite linens adorn the comfy beds, and the minimalist design is chic and pristine. All of the bedrooms have access to the terrace or the garden. The ensuite bathrooms are exceptional, trendy with contemporary materials and all feature baths and showers.

The lower floor is home to a large cinema room, sure to be popular with youngsters and a laundry room. There is a Sonos sound system and Apple TV. Casa Soleada is immaculate, inside and out!

#### Location
Casa Soleada's special location, just a few hundred metres from Cala Conta sunset beach is wonderful. Cala Conta has two main coves, one backed by a rugged, rocky coastline and the other by picturesque sand dunes. There are several buzzy bars and restaurants. Cala Contita is Cala Conta's little sister beach. Just south of the beach is the famous, mythical ‘Rave Cave', home to the Ibiza Rave in a Cave party. It is also famous for yoga sessions. On the hill above Cala Codolar, 3km from Cala Conta, is Ibiza-Henge, a monument with 13 huge Basalt columns arranged in a semi-circle which vaguely resembles Stonehenge.

San Antonio is just 15 minutes from the villa. It is a lively resort set in a beautiful open bay. The sunset cafes, bars and clubs are legendary. There are many boat excursions from the resort, boat parties and watersports. There are several superclubs, Es Paradis and Eden, for the clubbers and a pool party venue, Ibiza Rocks Hotel.

The rocky island of Es Vedra stands 400m high, 2km off the coast opposite the beach of Cala d'Hort. It is shrouded in myths and legends, the most popular being that is it the third most magnetic spot on earth. Many believe that the island is possessed of positive healing and creatively-inspiring energy.

Ibiza Town is incredibly diverse. The highest area is the World Heritage-listed Dalt Vila. It is very picturesque with centuries-old mansions, steep, atmospheric cobbled streets, jasmine draped balconies and a majestic Gothic cathedral. The buzzing nightlife is legendary. The Marina Botafoch is very trendy with chic bars and restaurants and gorgeous boutiques. The Pacha nightclub is world-famous and attracts the best DJ's. There are also some amazing art galleries and history museums.

San Jose is a charming village in the foothills of Sa Talaia, the highest mountain on the island. There is a lovely Saturday morning market where around 20 stalls offer local and organic produce including fruit, vegetables, home-made bread and pastries. There are also artists selling paintings, ceramics and sculptures. The restaurants and bars are outstanding.

San Agustin is also worth a visit. It is one of the prettiest and best-preserved villages on Ibiza, halfway between San Antonio and San Jose. You can visit the stone tower, the parish house and the church which was first blessed in 1806. From the church square, you will admire the fantastic, panoramic view of the impressive San Jose hills and open countryside.
