The main house has two floors and the rooms are distributed as follows; The ground floor has two entrances, one of which gives direct access to a living room with rustic fireplace, the other input gives direct access to the dining room and kitchen with breakfast bar. On this floor there are also two bathrooms, one en suite and a bedroom with a double bed. Upstairs there is a bathroom and three bedrooms; two of them are double, one twin and one with a double bed; the third bedroom is a single bed.

There is an apartment in a small annexe with kitchen, a small living room and dining room on the first floor there is a bathroom with shower and a double bedroom with two single beds and wardrobe.

On the outside there is a gorgeous pool 5.00 x 12.00, a garden with lawn, palms and native trees such as oaks and pines. The main facade, facing the pool is a spacious and welcoming porch with stunning countryside and views around the estate. At the rear of the house is a large barbecue area with table and chairs, ideal for casual dining.

The house is located in the town of Sineu in the center of Mallorca. Sineu is known for its beautiful church "Santa Maria". The town hall is the former Convent of the Minims. Behind its walls there is a cloister dating from the sixteenth century and one of the most beautiful in Spain.
