This coveted complex consists of 3 individual cottages - Atocha, Pilar, and African Queen - which can be rented separately as well. Each cottage is named after historic ships that travelled often to Key West. Enjoy the relaxing, tropical outdoor area that features a plunge pool with a water feature and an outdoor dining area.

The interior of these 3 units comes with no detail overlooked. Each bedroom offers large flat screen Smart TVs, bedside lighting with charging outlets, full length mirrors, and comfortable Queen beds with Tempur-Pedic mattresses. The quiet, split-unit air conditioners will keep you cool throughout the night.
The living areas for these 3 units offer barstool seating, kitchenettes with mini-fridges to keep your beverages cool, and microwaves to heat up leftovers. The spacious and eloquently designed bathrooms boasts tasteful decor and offer granite vanities and newly tiled walk-in showers.

Located right in the heart of the Historic Seaport District, you are within walking distance to popular bars and restaurants such as Conch Republic Bar & Grille, Kermit's Keylime Shoppe, Schooner Wharf, Dante's Pool Bar, Halfshell Rawbar, A&B Lobster House, and Waterfront Brewery. Watch gorgeous sunsets at nearby Mallory Square, or check out the vivacious night-life of world famous Duval St, just steps away.
Getting Around:
Parking: please be advised that there is no designated parking at this property, however, there is a pay for parking lot across the street and another one located at Grinnell St nearby.
There are a variety of great ways to explore Key West including by bicycle, scooter, golf cart, rideshare, or by foot. As this unit is located in the Historic Seaport district in Key West, many attractions are within walking distance.
Other Things to Note:
- This property does not have a full kitchen. Only a mini Fridge, Microwave, & Keurig.
- Laundry: There is no on-site laundry at this property
- Pets are welcome, but please let us know if you are planning to bring your furry friend(s). Please note that we do have a couple of requirements in place to keep our properties in tip-top shape.
- Pets are to be no more than 40lbs.
- We will add an additional $15 per night, per pet to your tab.
- We have a two pet maximum.
