Two Bedroom Country House

Description

Our country house is located 600m from the nearest beach in a very discreet location. It comprises two bedrooms (two double beds), 1 bathroom, living room and kitchen, total 50 sqm, on a 500 sqm plot. All areas have a/c and there is a fully equipped kitchen and washing machine. The house has a big veranda and a lovely open space. There is private parking space for two cars. The property is 3 km from the town of Eretria.

Eretria is a popular beachside resort, with many taverns and a long beach promenade. The town hosts the Museum of Eretria and at the northern edge of the town lies one of the oldest known ancient theatres, along with the western gate, the stadium and the upper gymnasium.

Eretria can be reached from Skala Oropou, Attica by ferry or via the Halkida bridge by road. It is approximately 1 hour from Athens center. Transport to/and from the airport/Athens is available upon demand at an additional but very reasonable cost.

We are looking forward to having you. Ideal seasons to visit is of course summer, but you can also enjoy the house during the Greek Easter. Late spring and early autumn are also warm months and especially during spring you can enjoy the colours of the flowers and the countryside.
