Situated on the pretty Mallorcan village of Andratx, within of 7 mins drive of the cosmopolitan fishing town of Port Andratx and the nearby beaches of Camp de Mar or the clear waters of Sant Telm. A perfect base to explore our beautiful Island with mountains like the Traumuntana for trekking or hiking lovers or cycling, the culture of the villages or discover the beauty of Palma with his monuments or also many beaches and Calas or just chill out by the pool enjoying the views of the valley surrounded by almond trees.



A self-contained newly renovated old house with pool located in a finca on the hill just outside Andratx village, this small casita was used for agriculture store build with sand stone.



This charming country house has been designed for four adults or two adults and two children. The house has 2 bedrooms, one double on the ground floor and one in the maisonette on the living room, a kitchen with dinning area, leaving room with wooden stove next to the flat screen television, a bathroom with shower and toilet. We offer our guests the bed linen and towels for the bathroom and the pool or beach.



There is a gas barbecue on the cover terrace next the beautiful mirador here you will enjoy the views of the valley and the sunset behind the mountains. It is the idyllic place to see the sunset while you are taking a glass of wine.



It has a very particular pool which was an old irrigation pond built with the typical stones of the zone “call marés'.



On the finca, there is a resident donkey who loves to interact with people, also usually sing giving time.



Parking on the finca is available, we recommend to rent a car at the airport.



In the house there are 2 bikes that guests can use for cycling or simply to go and buy bread at the bakery or shopping at the supermarket.



Traditional market is placed every wednesday in Andratx next to the town hall. You can also visit the exhibition art museum called CCA Andratx located five minutes distance by car, and Santa Catarina Vineyard offers the chance to visit the statement and buy good wines.



Remind to the families with children that the house is in a rural area with pool and children must be supervised by parents.The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According to this law the property is available for seasonal renting, however, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use and enjoyment of the property.



For water sports or fishing Port of Andratx offers many possibilities like snorkeling, kayak, paddle surf and sailing. For golfers one of the most well know 18 hole golf courses on the island, Golf of Camp de Mar located a few minutes drive away from the house. Through the year many walkers enjoy the marked walk trails in the mountains. For cyclists and motorcycle enthusiasts, the island offers and excellent road network with many excursions with great panoramic views.

Flexible changeover day, arrival at 15:00 hours departure at 10:00 hours. We work hard at accommodating everyone's needs so your holiday runs smoothly. If an earlier/later arrival or departure into the house is needed please enquire at the time of booking.



We request information about the day and time of your flight arrival and departure to organize the reception of clients and their departure.



There is a charge for final cleaning and laundry.



Prices are for this property in Euros.



Bookings also taken for December through to March. Long winter rental prices on request.



Refundable deposit required for any willful damage to the property or its contents, to be paid upon arrival.



From January 1st 2018, The Balearic government require a Balearic Tourist Tax, payable at the time of booking, prices vary depending on the duration of the stay and the season (Low or High). This tax is applicable for travelers over the age of 16 years old.You will need to pay this on arrival at the check in, if not already saved.



Please note if your arrival to the property is after 21:00 hours, there is a late check in fee of 40 euros which can be paid in cash on arrival.

There is possibility of late arrival between 21:00h and 23:00h for an extra charge of €50 paid locally.
