Description

The beautiful villa "Can Gual" located on the edge of the city of Inca convinces through its stunning facilities and a stunning pool and garden landscape behind the house. Combined with the urban flair, the villa offers the advantages that some people wish: accessibility on foot to bars, cafes and shopping options and still a little nature with a pool and garden. Because despite the city location, you can enjoy privacy in an absolutely secluded garden with palm trees, lawn and blooming plants in the middle of which there is an organic shaped pool landscape with a surrounding natural stone terrace. Playful gargoyles and a separate pool for children with a depth of only 0.40 m offer a great way to cool down and have fun. You can chill on one of the 6 loungers, if necessary, with shade from a parasol or on one of the 3 trendy wicker chairs. The design of the garden and pool landscape is natural and excellent. A small fish pond perfects the jewel in the middle of city life. You can reach the garden through a staircase to the covered terrace next to the house; on the 1st level, there is another sun terrace exactly at this spot. The third terrace is also located on the top floor, however facing the street in the front. There is a dining table in the area of the covered garden terrace. With an evening of grilling at the house grill, you can enjoy fresh products bought at the market and a social evening. Other places to sit are located on the area surrounding the villa.

You can get to the house from the beautiful veranda. The furnishing in the villa is modern and stylish. A wonderfully large living room with offset stairs forms the heart of this demanding house. High gloss, sandstone colour floor tiles, white walls, stucco elements on the ceilings and ceiling spotlights reflect modern Spain. At the same time, typical Mallorcan cosiness spreads out through the fireplace, antique wood furniture, typical decorations and framed paintings. The dining room is also in the large living room. There is a second dining area in the kitchen. The kitchenette in itself is connected with the dining room with a type of passage. The comfortable wood kitchen in a cottage style offers the comfort that you wish for on your self-catering holiday: from the dishwasher to the coffee machine - the full equipment reaches from the gas stove, microwave, kettle and much more. From the kitchen, there is an access and a sight window into the 2nd living room - also comfortably furnished with a fireplace and television. Through a majestic wicker arch and offset by 2 stairs, there is a sleeping area on the ground floor with 2 of the total 5 bedrooms as well as a bathroom. An expansive staircase leads to the upper floor from the spacious living room. Since the staircase has a lot of daylight through the window and roof construction, this area and the 2nd level are altogether very bright. You can reach the balcony above the breakfast terrace from here and despite the city location, you still have a look over palm trees, garden and pool and a few neighbouring buildings, but you still are secluded. There are 3 more bedrooms and the 2nd fancy bathroom here. The bedrooms - a total of 4 double and 1 single rooms - have in common that they all are spacious and in addition to the bed, have other furniture such as a desk, a couch or a commode with enough space so you will see the bedrooms as extremely harmonic and cosy. The single bed can be expanded with a pull-out mattress - perfect if the kids want to make a "fort".
