From the first floor of the house you can enjoy the view of the sea and there are extensive outdoor areas with a swimming pool, a wood-burning stove and a covered terrace for al fresco dining. The sea is about 1 km away and there is a railway adjacent to the house. The nearest sandy beach with a bathing establishment is about 1 far away; however, the beautiful and large beach of Balestrate can also be reached in a few minutes and for a change, you can also reach the beaches of Calatubo and Alcamo Marina. If you wish to explore the coastal towns, you can drive to Castellammare del Golfo and visit its old town and colorful harbor, rich in restaurants and beautiful views, while for a day trip, you should consider visiting the Faraglioni of Scopello or San Vito lo Capo.
