Cottage Gimie provides an intimate and enchanting escape for your stay in St. Lucia. Paying homage to the Caribbean template of houses, the plantation-style house gives you more than enough space for two guests, whilst ensuring you can remain close and together throughout your stay. Finished tastefully, the Cottage ensures it makes full use of the delightful climate, both inside and out and admits views of the incredible scenery from the outdoor area!

Highlighting the Cottage's cosy feel, the bedroom is the main room between the other spaces in the house. Decked with elegant features, such as voile-draping and high-thread-count Egyptian cotton linen, enjoy a romantic evening or afternoon, curled up with a loved one on the King-size bed. A large, flat-screened plasma television sits beyond the bed and with a DVD player included, you can unwind with a movie or show at your comfort! The iPod dock means that you can play your favourite tunes to accompany the mood and lift spirits as you relax in this room, on the bed or the plump sofa, set with a table so you can bring drinks and food into the room!

Beyond the bedroom indoors, you have access to a large walk-in closet and an exquisite bathroom. If you haven't felt like royalty yet, the bathroom will ensure you do, as you take a luscious soak in the Victorian-style claw foot bath, with a glass of bubbly and a loved one. The bathroom has been fitted with two sinks and two toilets, adding additional convenience and a large shower room, with a bench for multiple guests.

Rather than build the living area inside, Cottage Gimie ensures you enjoy the heavenly climate that the island presents and extends a lounge area outside. Enclosed by trees and foliage which provides even more privacy and lovely settings, you can dine alfresco on the stylish table and chairs or retreat to the gorgeous sun-beds on the shaded patio as you recline in the tropical heat with an ice-cold beverage. Relax on divine beaches, visit peaks and mountain ranges, explore jungles and thick forests, take it easy in humble towns or immerse yourself in a vibrant and lively dance spot!

In the southwestern Soufriere region and just outside the town of the same name, Cottage Gimie sits within the exceptional Sugar Beach Resort. Built within a plantation dating back to the 18th century, the resort sits amongst acres of unspoilt rainforest, within proximity of the famous Pitons, a UNESCO World Heritage site. The resort is built upon sloping land, offering sweeping views of the beautiful beach and the vast Caribbean Sea!

The resort offers a variety of sports and fitness activities for leisure or to maintain regimes. Play tennis or take part in a fitness class if you're looking for some exercise, or take it easy with a game of pool, table tennis or a stroll through the luxury grounds. If you want something more immersed in nature, why not book a tour, hike or excursion around the area? Spoil yourself with a tour of exotic botanical gardens, followed by a soak in a mud-bath, a visit to a volcano and topped off with a dip in a natural spring. Or if you want something more thrilling, you can crash through the jungle on ATVs, buggies and bikes or gallop through the trees and shores on horseback!

There are just as much sea and water-based activities for you to enjoy as there are land activities and the first stop will naturally be the beach. Located on the grounds, the beach is on your doorstep, so at your leisure, enjoy idyllic days on white sugary sand shores and crystalline azure seas. Take a refreshing dip before relaxing on the soft ground or hired deck chairs and sun-beds. Whilst on the beach guests can take to a variety of ways to explore the sea. Snorkel and get up-close with the colourful reefs under the waves, windsurf or kayak and explore at your own pace or choose from many other options!

On the beach, guests can grab bites and drinks to accompany their relaxation, whilst a beachside restaurant will serve guests who crave a plate with international dishes accompanied, at times, by live entertainment.
