Majestic and modern 3 storey townhouse located in Petra. It offers the opportunity to feel at home in this wonderful island to 10 guests.

In the backyard of this house you will find a privileged corner compounded by a beautiful garden with a private chlorine pool. Sizing 5.5 x 2.4 metres and with a 1.4 metres depth, it becomes the best plan for a refreshing swim without having to go anywhere else in the village or to the beach. being able to swim at any moment is just a pleasure, as well as sunbathing on the sun loungers or on the same grass. The first floor terrace is perfectly furnished for you to enjoy a delicious barbecue and afterwards, chat and laugh all together on the sofas and armchairs outdoors.

When you enter the house, a beautiful staircase leads you to the upper floor which is the main one. Here you find a spacious and charming living -dining room, perfect to rest on the sofas while watching the satellite TV and the air-conditioning. The kitchen, also very spacious, is equipped with a ceramic hob and a large table with chairs. These two spaces have direct access to the pool views terrace. Three bedrooms and a shower bathroom complete the first floor. One bedroom has two twin beds, closet and air-conditioning; another bedroom comes with a double bed and a walk-in closet; and the last one has two singles beds and a closet. Two more air-condioned twin bedrooms with a closet each, a bathtub bathroom and a terrace with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board are on the second floor. If you are travelling with your baby, a cot and a high chair are also available.

Petra, a beautiful interior village, is very quiet and well located with a quick access to the lovely towns around like Ariany, Manacor, Villafranca de Bonany, to all services and the beach. The beach of Son Serra de Marina is the closest one, about 20 km or 30 minutes by car, but we recommend visiting other dreamy beaches like Cala Bona, S'Illot or Cala Romántica.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
