THE VILLA

As you enter the villa, you'll enter a level dedicated exclusively to living space. Here you'll find a vast living room, a large kitchen, a dining room and an office.
Upstairs, you'll find the night space, with bedrooms and suites, plus a mezzanine overlooking the living room.
Finally, in the basement, you'll find a laundry room as well as a large games room and TV room.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

KAIOA is a vacation villa ideally located on the heights of Anglet, 5 minutes' walk from the Halles des 5 Cantons and 8 minutes' walk from the Sables d'Or beach.
In a quiet neighborhood, you're just a 2-minute drive from the Biarritz lighthouse. For golfers, the Golf de Chiberta is just a 2-minute drive away - how convenient!


ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES

As a general rule, arrivals are from 4pm to 7pm, and departures from 9am to 10am. For arrivals and departures before 8am and after 7pm, an additional fee will be charged:
From 7pm to 10pm - €50
From 10:00 pm to midnight - €80
From midnight to 6h00 - €120
From 6h00 to 9h00 - €80
