Each room also has access to the courtyard with its terrace. From the living room, you exit to the central atrium with a swimming pool, as well as a loggia for dining and barbecue, and a cantilevered balcony. From the central courtyard, you enter a small house dominated by a spacious kitchen with a kitchen island and a space for socializing with the preparation of culinary delicacies. From this space, you enter two bedrooms, equipped with private bathrooms walk-in wardrobes, and private terraces. From this building, you can reach the backyard with olive groves and Mediterranean plants, as well as the back parking lot and the entrance to the plot.
