Villa Condesa del Mar is a beautiful beachfront villa, with spectacular ocean views, located on one of the best beaches on the island of Contadora, Playa Cacique Beach. It is situated on the most beautiful side of the island where all the luxury yachts prefer to dock with views of Isla Chapera - the island where the hit TV show Survivor was filmed.

The villa is comprised of four individual bedrooms.
There are two master bedrooms with king-sized Beautyrest mattresses. The third bedroom has a queen size Beautyrest Bed. These 3 rooms all have smart TVs of 45" or greater, ocean views with walk out to pool & patio area, as well as black out blinds to ensure a restful nights sleep.
The fourth room has queen bunk beds (2 Queens) as well as two twin bunk beds (4 twin beds). All Bedrooms have their own en-suite bathrooms.

The house is completely furnished and there are split air conditioners in each room.
The living room and and dining room are open and create a feeling of spaciousness. There is a smart TV, coffee tables, two comfortable couches, a dining table that seats six and a wine fridge. The kitchen is fully supplied with everything you will need.
Appliances that you will have access to: stove, oven, coffee machine, microwave, fridge & freezer, toaster oven, blender and plenty of counter space.

We as well have a honeymoon suite nestled in the side of a natural rock face providing complete unobstructed views of the beautiful Pacific Ocean. Hear the soothing sounds of ocean waves at night or take in the beauty in the daytime of the ocean, yachts and nearby island. The suite and the villa are not connected and separated by the outdoor pool & tanning terrace. Should you need or require additional sleeping space for more friends or family, there is the additional space of the suite.

The pool of this villa is shared with Suite - Please let us know if you would like to book the property exclusively and private for your group or function.

The pool is a great place to hangout if you're not quite ready to go down to the beach. We have a large bar with stools both in the pool and around the bar - a fantastic venue for entertaining family or friends. As well for entertaining, we have a sound system, so you can listen to your favorite music outside the house that you can easily connect to via Bluetooth.

Villa Condesa del Mar has full beach access, we have our own private locked gate that allows you to be at the beach within seconds. As we are located on the side of the cliff, there are quite a few stairs to get down.

We also have a sea kayak that we encourage you to use. It is great to get out and explore the different beaches around the island. If it is of interest to you Panama’s only nude beach is a short fifteen minute walk from our home. On the other end of our beach is a great seafood restaurant and bar. It is a great place to grab a snack and beer if you don’t feel like cooking.
