Villa Mimosa is located in the beautiful upscale residential area of Cala Sant Francesc, in Blanes, Costa Brava.
This villa is characterized by its glass facade and large open living room with lots of natural sun light and direct access to the pool area.
On street level there's a private garage for two cars (more cars can be safely parked on the street in front of the villa).
From here you take a stair up to the villa.
On the ground floor you'll find the open living space with large sofa, TV, chimney and dining table.
Fully equipped large kitchen. Laundry room.
From both the kitchen and living room you have direct access to the outside area. Here'll find the private infinity swimming pool, sun loungers and exterior dining table.

On this floor there are two bedrooms:
- one double bedroom with double bed (160x200cm) with ensuite bathroom (with shower)
- one double bedroom with double bed (135x200cm)
- bathroom with shower
On the first floor you will find:
- large master bedroom with double bed (180x200cm) with ensuite bathroom (with bath tub + shower)
- one double bedroom with double bed (150x200cm) with ensuite bathroom (with bath tub)
- one double bedroom with double bed (135x200cm)
- one double bedroom with double bed (135x200cm)
- bathroom with shower
All bedrooms have access to the balcony.
You also have access to the private club in the bay with large pool, children pool, tennis court, bar and playground for the kids. Including a remote control for private parking near the beach.
The beautiful beach of Cala Sant Francesc is a 15-min walk or a 2-min drive. You can park your car for free on the private parking near the beach. The sandy beach has water activities, a nice restaurant, showers and life guard.
*Unfortunately no groups of youngsters are allowed in this villa. Minimum age is 28.
