This large villa is located in La Cala de Mijas in an urbanization in a central area with all kinds of services, shops, bars and restaurants that can be reached comfortable without needing a vehicle.

Everything you need is in walking distance, the beach, the supermarket, the bus stop, golf courts, etc. Close to the lively coastal towns like Fuengirola, Torremolinos and Benalmadena and with excellent connections by public transport to the vibrating cities of Malaga and Marbella.

The plot is completely fenced and offers a lot of privacy while you use the swimming pool and the large barbecue area with kitchen, dining table and bar and really enjoy the summer in the Costa del Sol with your family and friends.

There is as well a toilet and a shower to accompany the swimming pool area.

This large villa offers plenty of space for entertainment and relaxation, with 3 televisions (one with satellite that receives channels in English, French and German!) and a large basement with a pool table and a bar, a Jacuzzi and a sauna!

The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge and freezer, oven and microwave, cutlery and crockery, kettle, juicer, coffee machine, toaster and even a dishwasher.

There is space for three cars to be parked inside the plot.

\- This property does not accept groups of clients under 30 years old.
