The house has a large entrance foyer from which you can access the different areas downstairs as well as the villa's upper level. Immediately after entering the building,you will see the attention to detail with which the house was restored. The successful combination of traditional and modern architecture is definitely a visual eye-catcher and also creates an exceptional, homely atmosphere. The property features a total living area of 160 m² split up across spaces including three cosy bedrooms with reverse-cycle air-conditioning as well as two bathrooms. While Es Trenc can get busy during peak season and offers beachfront bars, Es Caragol on the other hand is entirely undisturbed and remains quiet even in July and August. If you head to Porreres on a Tuesday morning (approx. 6 km away), you will quickly notice that half the village is on the way to the weekly markets where, on top of fruit and vegetables, you can pick up household goods, clothing, and shoes.
