With capacity for 10 persons, this property comes with all the necessary requirements to provide a wonderful vacation. On the main living areas you can find a fully equipped kitchen and a living and dining area in open space with 75m2. 4 spacious bedrooms are also at guests´ disposal and there is a large mezzanine on the 1st floor where 2 persons can also sleep.
Moving towards the exterior you find a private swimming pool 4,80 m x 9,60 m, a large garden surrounded by mature pine trees, with lots of space for children to play, a covered outdoor dining area, a barbecue, a children’s playground with 2 swings and a hammock.
This fabulous holiday home is located 3 km away from Fonte da Telha beach with lots of restaurants and lovely terraces to watch stunning sunsets. Within the resort, guests have access to a handful of leisure facilities, such as tennis courts, shopping area, restaurants and bars.

Aroeira is surrounded by a stretch of 30 km of the best beaches in Portugal, starting from the lively beaches near the centre of the village Costa da Caparica, to the almost deserted beaches of the south zone, ideal for water or sand sports.
Less than 4 km, you have beach bars and small restaurants specialized in grilled fish, some of them with wonderful terraces to enjoy the sunset.
