Surrounded by lush Mediterranean flora, the villa "Can Moragues" shines in its contrasting colours of natural hues in an extremely charming way and offers the new arrival an inviting reception. The outdoor area presents pretty little paths, areas, stairs, and walls of stone next to rich lawn and bed areas. A romantic pergola, lined by pillars on the left and right and a low wall, leads to the house's main entrance. The heart of the outdoor area is the 32 m², slightly elevated swimming pool, tiled with decorative blue mosaic stones and very comfortably accessible via broad stairs. On a total of five comfortable pool loungers, you can relax to your heart's content under the deep blue Mediterranean sky and simply unwind. A covered terrace, accessible via a few steps, offers the possibility of lingering in the airy shade while enjoying the wonderful view of Pollença at a slightly lower level. Depending on the time of day, you can also find wonderful natural shade by the pool. Closer to the house, you will reach the versatile terrace, which is half-open and half-covered. The latter part basically houses an outdoor living room in which you will find a cosy seating corner with polyrattan furniture on one side and a solid dining table for meals together right next to it. The nearby walled-in barbecue and outdoor water supply allow you to also prepare and cook meals outdoors as desired. The natural-stone house wall forms a particularly soothing ambience in combination with the beautiful tiles and wooden-beam ceiling in this area. Under the open sky, the terrace offers a spot for sunbathing, on which even a table tennis table is installed. This gives the athletically-minded the chance to get active.

The villa's interior presents the visitor with a large, open living/dining room with an adjoining kitchen, loosely separated by a counter. A comfortable couch corner invites you extensively lounge. Here you can leisurely read a good book or let a film entertain you, since the TV is conveniently also placed here. The dining table right next to it is excellent for cultivated indoor dining. This does not involve long trips, as the kitchen is right next door. Here you will find all modern facilities necessary for everyday use, including a kettle and filter coffee machine. It even holds space for an additional little dining table.
Another quite spacious common room with seating opportunities offers the possibility of retreating every once in a while and finding a private little spot, even when traveling with a larger group. Accompanying children will surely like to play here. Four cosily furnished, air-conditioned bedrooms offer a beautiful setting for a deeply restful night's sleep. The bathrooms are cheerful and functionally furnished. An iron and hair dryer are also available in the house, so you do not need to bring them along.

The attractive location of this villa may be rural, but the ocean is just a few minutes away by car. The sandy beaches around Port Pollença are excellent and have a shallow entry into the water. Port de Pollença offers a wonderful promenade running along the beach and the harbour with shops, bars, and restaurants. If you should want to spend an evening somewhere other than the beautiful villa, you will find an absolutely worthwhile alternative here.
