Villa Velia is located in Marina di Novaglie, a small village on the Adriatic Sea, located in the "Regional Natural Park Costa Otranto - Santa Maria di Leuca".

Villa Velia is a luxury villa with pool and private garden at about 250 meters from the sea.
It can accommodate 8 guests and it is very comfortable and well equipped.

Inside the house there are 2 queen and 1 twin bedrooms, 2 complete bathrooms with shower (and 1 external bathroom), a complete kitchen well equipped (with cockery and cutlery, stove, oven, dishwasher and washing machine), and a living room with a double sofa bed,

The bedroom with the ensuite bathroom has also a direct access to the outside. Each room has the conditioning/heating, Tv Lcd, wardrobe and night tables with lamps.

Outside there is a nice and complete veranda with tables, chairs and Tv Lcd; a wonderful and equipped garden with a private pool (7.35 x 3.75 x 1,35), play corner, soccer table and decks. In the back of the villa there are 3 showers and a private and gated fruit garden.

Free parking inside the property (also covered), all gated and with a surveillance alarm system.

It is a corner of paradise and peace where you can stay comfortably surrounded by the nature and near the sea.
