Summary:
In the heart of the upper Maremma, just a few kilometers from the towns of Bibbona, Bolgheri and Castagneto Carducci, Villa Gioconda is a charming manor house nestled in a vast pine forest facing a very long public beach with golden sand and wide, deep sea.
Built in 1928, it was acquired in 1948 by Marchioness Margherita Trigona, mother of the current owner. In 2006 Count Niccolo Pandolfini inherited the villa and, together with his wife Isabella, renovated the garden and the entire property, retaining the refined original style of the 1950s.
Not far from the Villa is a beautiful swimming pool measuring 14m×7m, surrounded by greenery.
The Space:
The Tuscan-style villa is equipped with every amenity, and is a unique and fine example of early 20th-century architecture.
Arranged on two floors, the rooftop of the villa features a large terrace with a panoramic view, ideal for enjoying the cool summer evenings. The ground floor comprises a kitchen, living room and dining room, while the first floor has 6 double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. There are two further single bedrooms upstairs with private bathrooms.
The Villa has a garden and private parking.
