Villa Bianca is a luxurious and modernly furnished holiday villa located in Kaštel Stari, perfectly situated between historical UNESCO protected center of town Trogir (10 km) and the palace of Roman emperor Diocletian in Split (20 km).

This newly renovated house covers the total of 210 m2 of living area divided on the ground floor and first floor. Villa Bianca consists of 6 bedrooms with queen beds and 1 single room, 5 bathrooms with shower, 2 half-baths, spacious living room with dining area, a large terrace and balcony. Villa Bianca is a suitable accommodation for up to 13 + 2 persons.

The ground floor consists of 2 double bedrooms, 1 modern bathroom with a shower, 1 half bath, living room with dining area with sofa bed for 2 persons and a fully equipped open concept kitchen. The living room has access to a spacious balcony equipped with large outdoor table overlooking the spacious outdoor area with pool. There is also a recreational room equipped with stationary bicycle, sauna and flat TV.

The first floor is designed as a resting area which consists of 4 double bedrooms and 1 single room, 4 bathrooms and 1 half-bath. Two bedrooms have access to a large seaview balcony, perfect for having a glass of wine over a sunset.

The outdoor area is designed as an area for recreation and relaxation with heated swimming pool and surrounding sun loungers where guests can create many memorable holiday moments with their friends and family. Friendly and welcoming hosts will provide a traditional dalmatian dinner for any interested guests.

Villa Bianca is located 1,5 km from the nearest beach in Kaštel Stari and 5,5 km from Split airport. The nearest grocery store is right next door, while the nearest restaurants are also within walking distance from the house.

Villa Bianca is air conditioned and equipped with SAT-TV, Wi-fi internet, iron and ironing board, safe, washing machine, hair dryer, stove, oven, hood, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, stationary bicycle and sauna. Baby cot and high chair are available upon request. Guests are provided with free parking with 3 parking places. Pets are allowed on request.
