At the front of the villa, three private parking spaces are available. The heated salt-filtered pool, measuring 4mx12m with depths ranging from 1.2m to 1.7m, is secured by an electric shutter. Ample garden furniture is provided, including tables, chairs, armchairs, benches, sunbeds, and loungers, ensuring a delightful outdoor experience.
