The villa has 5 beautiful bedrooms, each one with a private bathroom, and elegantly and soberly decorated, very much in keeping with the country atmosphere in which the property is located. In the villa you can receive up to 18 guests.
In the common areas inside the house, you will find a beautiful living room, a dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen, where you can enjoy delicious dishes prepared by the cook, with your family and friends.
You can enjoy large green areas, walks in the natural spaces that the condominium offers, as well as the property's large private pool. Around you will find sun loungers and tables where you will enjoy wonderful sunsets.
CHARGES FOR EMPLOYEE SERVICES ARE NOT INCLUDED AND MUST BE PAID SEPARATELY
Housekeeper: 80.000 COP per day per every 6 guests. The housekeepers cook, keep the house always clean and organized and do maid services. Service hours are from 7:00 to 16:00.
VAT exemption for foreigners:
- The decree establishes the exemption from Sales Tax (VAT) for tourist services provided to residents abroad that are used in Colombian territory. The exemption applies to tourist services originating from packages sold by operating agencies or hotels registered in the national tourism registry and also applies to hotel services sold by hotels to operating agencies as long as the beneficiary of the services provided in the national territory is a resident abroad.
- The foreigner residing abroad must prove his condition by presenting the original passport; the Andean card or the Mercosur card proving your immigration status with the current stamp of Permit to Enter and Stay PIP-3, or PIP-5, or PIP-6, or PIP-10; or the current Temporary Visa TP-7, or TP-11, or TP-12.
