This combined space features an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, a hi-fi system, and electric shutters. It also provides access to the garden and terrace. The villa comprises four bedrooms: one room measuring 10 square meters with a double bed (160 cm x 190 cm), another room of the same size with a double bed (140 cm x 190 cm), and a third room of equal dimensions with a double bed (140 cm x 200 cm). All three of these bedrooms have exits leading to the terrace. The fourth room is slightly larger at 20 square meters and includes two beds (90 cm x 200 cm), a shower/WC, and cable TV. This room also has access to the terrace.
