The villa has wonderful sea views and views of the Bay of Canyelles.
The house is located in the hills of Lloret de Mar, between the lively Lloret and the tranquil Tossa der Mar in a cul-de-sac.
In time for the 2019 season, our guests can expect a new, 10m x 4.5m pool with jacuzzi
The 1200 square meter property is completely fenced.
The heated pool with sea views invites you to relax and unwind with its sun loungers.
Casa Pollin is a holiday home with two separate living levels. The house is u. a. suitable for 2 friends who want to have their own private living area, but also have time together, e.g. B want to spend at the pool or on one of the many terraces.
Youth groups are not welcome in our house.
In the upper apartment there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
In the lower apartment there are 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
In the pool area there is also an outside toilet and a shower with cold and warm water as well as a covered terrace with a lounge group.
Both in the covered patio and on the sunny pool terrace you can place a table at which you can sit with up to 20 people.

You are also in a few minutes by car in the lively Lloret de Mar, which has everything to offer for young and old, or you can drive to the tranquil Tossa de Mar with its ancient castle.
The nearest bathing bay is 2.5 km away and has two restaurants with a sun terrace and a small marina.
For hikers there are wonderful hiking trails along the Costa Brava with a view of the bizarre cliffs of the coast and spectacular views of the Mediterranean
