The Villa is idea for anyone who wishes to enjoy a relaxing, sunny holiday by the beach and has 4 large, spacious bedrooms, 2 of which are en-suite and 2 sharing a luxurious family bathroom.
It is situated in Santiago de la Ribera on the front line of the Mar Manor, making it a breeze to walk out of the door and get straight to the beach to enjoy the various health benefits provided by the hypersaline water. The Mar Menor offers the safest bathing anywhere as it is not tidal and is warm all year round. There is a yacht/boat club, a canoe club and daily boat trips to La Manga. The villa is only a short, scenic walk along the beach away from the centre of town.
There are plenty of excellent restaurants including some great fish/seafood restaurants right on the beach. If you prefer to cook yourself, then there's no problem as the property is equipped with a fully-functional kitchen and BBQ. There is also a large market on Wednesday so if you want to shop and cook like the locals, you can!
The villa is only a mere 8 minutes drive from the airport, so getting there is not only easy but convenient as there there is a good local taxi service and excellent bus service to all areas.
