Our house is located in the most beautiful location of the beautiful Alacati resort. If you are looking for a quiet place close to the center and will make you very happy. Alacati shopping and entertainment centers are 400 meters away. There is no such a big house in the center of Alacati. It is a detached villa in an acre garden. Our well-kept large garden consists of two or three sections. The subdivision, which we call olive, consists of natural 150-year-old olive and fruit trees where we preserve the flora of Alaçatı. The area where you can sit in hammocks or cushions, feeling the soft impulse of Alaçat in thyme and olive scents at all hours of the day. In the second part, which consists of a large grass area, you can sunbathe or sip your gummy coffee in the shade. In the entrance section, which we call a small garden, you will wake up in the morning / noon of Alaçat. You can enjoy your breakfast comfortably.
We have carefully selected each square meter of our house consisting of a total of 200 square meters. It has high ceilings and a spacious architecture. On the ground floor there is a large living room, kitchen and bathroom. Upstairs there are three bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom and one more bathroom. The night is quiet and calm. To get the breeze of light, you just need to open the windows slightly and you won't even need to open the air conditioner. Morning bird chirps and intense oxygen will help you get a good night's sleep.
Alacati beach clubs are a 10-minute drive away. If you prefer warm and choppy golden beaches, Ilica beach is as easy as 3 minutes by car. You can also reach the entire peninsula within 25 minutes by car if you aim to explore the golden bays of Çeşme. You will also have the opportunity to participate in one-day tours of Chios.
The large size of our house allows children and adults to enjoy their holiday in the same house. Our house has multiple spacious and cool indoor and outdoor spaces. The large playground is also safe and comfortable for children. It allows large families to stay together but comfortably.
It is also a good option for young people and young couples. They can easily reach the beach clubs during the day and entertainment places at night and enjoy themselves. On the way back, they can continue their conversation in a quiet garden and then relax with a deep sleep.
