Nestled in the heart of a splendid garden, Villa EGUZKIA is an architect-designed house located just a few minutes' walk from the beaches of Biarritz.
Constructed from wood and concrete, the house is awe-inspiring from the outset. The high ceilings, large openings onto the garden and choice of materials make this an exceptional property, one of the highest quality on the Basque coast.


THE VILLA
The EGUZKIA villa is full of charm and elegance, opening onto the garden and swimming pool, and offering an ideal setting for family vacations. This single-storey house features a beautiful dining room opening onto the kitchen, a large, modern and functional kitchen opening onto the terrace and garden, and a large living room, the ideal place for family gatherings overlooking the garden and pool. Each room is decorated with care and warmth, and the light provided by the large windows and wooden ceilings make this an elegant place where you'll feel right at home.
The villa's exteriors remain one of its greatest strengths. The garden has been laid out around the pool with numerous trees and plants, and is a veritable showcase for the house, with no overlooking, which is very rare for a villa in a city center location.
On the terrace or around the pool, we can hear the birds singing, a feeling of being in the countryside, but just a few minutes' walk or bike ride from the beaches.


THE ROOMS
Villa EGUZKIA has 4 bedrooms, including 3 suites.

To the right of the living room, there are two double bedrooms (160cm bed), including the master suite with en-suite bath and shower.
Off the terrace, you'll find two double-bedded suites overlooking the garden, with en-suite shower rooms and a terrace with sunbathing area for relaxing after the beach.
Each has its own dressing room, shower room and toilet, and a private terrace out of sight.


PRACTICAL
You can safely park 2 vehicles inside the villa. Bikes can be delivered and parked in front of the house.
The house is spacious, with lots of natural light entering in the morning, making it easy to relax and enjoy a Zen vacation.

WHAT WE LOVE
The size of the pool, a veritable swimming corridor.
We love the architecture, luxurious materials and garden views from every room in the house.
The spirit of the mansion suites: whether you're a couple or a group of friends, everyone is free to use their own space.



THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Villa EGUSKIA is located in a quiet street in the center of town, just a few minutes' walk or bike ride from downtown and the beaches.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES
As a general rule, arrivals are from 4pm to 7pm, and departures from 8am to 10am. For arrivals and departures before 8am and after 7pm, an additional charge will be applied:
From 7pm to 10pm - €50
10pm to midnight - €80
Midnight to 6:00am - €120
From 6:00 to 8:00 - €80
