An authentic traditional farmhouse converted in one of the most beautiful holiday homes in the very popular village of Xaghra, sitting at the edge of the hill top, with a private pool and overlooking some of the best views of the city of Victoria including the Cittadella fortress in capital Victoria.
Now converted with impeccable taste and sensitivity it still exudes a warm welcome to the passing visitor. In line with their original use, the first floor rooms have retained their primary function as living areas. The kitchen and dining room enjoys excellent views of the private pool and deck area.
On the ground floor, there is also one of the 4 bedrooms ideal for persons with limited mobility (not wheel chair friendly) equipped with 2 single beds that can be joined together.
The wooden staircase leads to the 1st floor consisting of 2 double bedrooms both ensuite facilities and a 3rd twin bedroom (cannot be made as double bed) also with ensuite shower facilities.

Included in this accommodation: All beds will be prepared with the appropriate bed linen, along with extra blankets in the wardrobes should you need further layers. In addition to this, you will also be provided with Two towels per person – which will be placed on the beds ready for use.
We will also provide all bookings with 1x dishwasher tablet and 1x washing machine tablet per night of your stay.
Maid service is included when you book for 8 nights or more.
The bedrooms are all equipped with AC units that are available with an electronic coin box system (€1 & €2 coins) installed at property with a screen to display the credit remaining, each AC unit consumes around € 2.25 per night.
Flights to Malta and ferry crossing to our island of Gozo:
Land in Malta International Airport and than ferry crossing to Gozo. We can offer Car Hire and/or Direct Transfers from Airport to property after making the booking by completing our flight arrival and departure details form.

A mandatory fully refundable security deposit will be temporary held from a valid debit/credit card as follows:
€ 200 for up to 6 adults and
€ 400 from 7 adults and up for properties with private pool
This amount is needed to cover for the following:
Any damages (excluding normal tear and wear)
Any missing items from the property
Any excessive noise that can create a nuisance to neighbours.
This amount will be temporary blocked from the card provided when prompted by our automated email system, and released automatically within 3-7 days of checkout. Baron Holiday Homes have 48 hours from checkout to report any damage or missing items to guest in writing.
