The very spacious villa with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and is suitable for 8 persons + toddler.

It stands in Hamalevri and is wonderfully embedded in the fantastic landscape of this traditional village. Relax in this fantastic location and with this grandiose, expansive view. Wherever you are on the terraces you have a wonderful view of the landscape and the Aegean Sea. One has the "White Mountains", the peninsula Akrotiri, the Psiloritis and the many green in view.

The area is a traditional olive growing area and therefore green all year round.

The villa has a size of approx. 320 sqm and is situated on a 8.000 sqm plot.

On the ground floor is the entrance area, which merges into the living room. There is also a bedroom with 2 box spring beds (90 cm x 2 m), a bathroom with shower and a service room with washing machine.

From the living room leads over three steps into the large dining area with adjoining open kitchen. From here you go on the approximately 30 square meter terrace, which you can enjoy breakfast and the magnificent view of the sea and the hinterland.

Also from the living room you go through large sliding doors to the main terrace and the more than 30 square meters, covered outdoor area.

Upstairs are three spacious bedrooms with double beds and each with an en-suite bathroom.

The largest bedroom, with about 30 square meters, has an open bathroom with shower and bath, and a separate toilet with bidet. The double bed is 2x2 m. From here you have access to the over 30 square meter, shaded roof terrace, which belongs only to this bedroom. Here is a large open-air shower with hot and cold water. So you can also enjoy the view of the Mediterranean while showering. On the two beach chairs you can relax.

The second bedroom also has a double bed of 1.80 x 2 m and a bathroom with shower. This bedroom has a balcony.

The third bedroom also has a double bed 1.80 x 2 m and has a bathroom with shower. There is a balcony and a roof terrace.

Of course, all bedrooms and living rooms have satellite TV and DVD.

The villa is equipped with fixed internet connection via flatrate.

In front of the living room is a large shaded terrace, furnished with comfortable furniture. The roofed outdoor area is also equipped with a large dining area.

Then you have the large brick barbecue with sink and a gas grill available.

Over a few steps you come to the spacious pool terrace. The pool is about 11 x 4.50 m and can be heated in the cooler season. In the pool area there is also a pool deck with a built-in large sofa and a large open-air shower with hot and cold water.

Here you can relax! The villa is equipped with 8 comfortable loungers. Shadows are provided by large parasols and shaded terraces.

The garden is laid out with olive trees and Mediterranean plants.

A ping pong table offers fun for big and small.

For our little guests there is again a playground with sandpit and swing.

The villa combines fantastic views, tranquility and central location. It is located on the edge of the village and thus you can also walk to the village. It is just 400 meters to the traditional, and in Crete very famous tavern "the polio house" where you can enjoy traditional Cretan cuisine under shady mulberry trees.

There is also a small mini-market and a kafenion.

More taverns can be found in the surrounding villages and in Skaletta, which is just 2 km away. Here you can also eat right on the beach.

The nearest beach is only about 2 km away. Many famous destinations such as Arkadi Monastery, Margarites Village, Melidoni Caves or Agreco Farm are all nearby. Rethymnon with its beautiful old town is only about 10 minutes.

On the most beautiful and longest sandy beach at Episkopie you drive about 20 minutes.
