The “Chalata' is a great fig tree that spreads its canopy over the elevated deck of this lovely villa on Punta El Custodio. The spacious deck provides ocean views, a gas grill and space to entertain while enjoying the mild sea breeze. Behind the deck is a palapa covered great room with a full kitchen, inside dining and a sitting area. A sofa bed and a full bath are provided for additional guests.

The villa is steps away from the beautiful community pool at the edge of the oceanfront bluff. Stairs lead to a small beach at the bottom.
