Porto Azzurro is the starting point for many excursions, both as trekking routes, for example the path that leads to Monte Croce, the Carmignani walk that goes around the walls of Forte Longone, or the path that leads to Rio Marina and runs along the beaches; both for boat trips, in search of the numerous hidden coves along the coast. The nearest beach is Barbarossa which is 1 km from the house and a 12 minute walk. The center, on the other hand, can be reached in about 3 km, offers evenings enlivened by events of all kinds, there are also places where you can relax at sunset or where to enjoy a delicious dinner based on local fish.

The single-family house of about 80 square meters is well maintained and perfectly efficient with lots of outdoor space, including a large veranda equipped for outdoor dining and a porch where you can let yourself be lulled by the silence of the Mediterranean countryside. The interiors are comfortable and well divided: the living room with sofa bed on one side overlooks the large veranda and the other on the porch; the kitchen opens onto a private part of the veranda with a very comfortable table for outdoor dining; a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds that can be joined together; a bathroom with shower cabin and a service bathroom complete with shower outside.
