Description
Villa Hisina is a newly built house that lies on the edge of the village Banki in the green Istrian interior, about 14 km from Porec and its beaches. The interior was furnished in 2010 but the garden was completely renovated in 2017. Although it is a semi-detached house the other half of the house belongs to the same house owners and nobody is living there. On its own fenced and groomed garden of 800 sqm the guests have on their disposal a swimming pool of 28 sqm, summer kitchen with dining table and parking space for 4 vehicles.
Holiday home for 6-8 persons with a total living area of 130 sqm consists of two floors. At the ground floor, there is living area with exit to the terrace and pool, two armchairs for one person, dining table, completely equipped kitchen with shower/toilet. On the first floor, there is one bedroom with double bed, one bedroom with two single beds which shares a common balcony with the neighbour bedroom with double bed, bathroom/toilet.
