Villa Siren is a brand new property, designed with comfort in mind. Each detail has been carefully studied to offer a superior holiday experience. On the ground floor there is a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with adjoining living and dining area, as well as a spacious double bedroom. Stairs lead up to the upper floor where a further double bedroom (with en-suite shower room) as well as a family bathroom with bathtub are located. The third bedroom is actually a self-contained suite with its own independent access, en-suite shower room, kitchenette and access to an amazing outdoor breakfast area that all the guests can of course enjoy together. The property is air-conditioned.

The large private pool, set at the front of the house, is equipped with high quality sunbeds and offers unobstructed views to the sea and to the island of Spinalonga. Enjoying long hours of sun, together with a refreshing dip in the sparkling water, will be a truly memorable experience. Chill-out areas as well as an outdoor dining table are available for the guests, to relax and unwind both during day and night. Enjoying a delicious breakfast or an al-fresco dinner with such a view will be an experience to remember!

Parking space for 2 cars is available at the house. Please note that the pool is open from the 1st of April 2022 to the 31st of October 2022
