This fantastic property has a private pool and is set in the authentic village of Burgau.
The Villa has everything you and all the family could need for a relaxing break.
There is a Wii game and HD TV which will entertain on the nights you dont spend exploring the local area and restaurants.
The villa is air conditioned throughout, has comfortable beds and sofas and a well-equipped kitchen. Fun for everyone in the fully equipped games room which includes table football, darts, full size pool table, table tennis and a glass under water pool viewing window!
At the top of the villa is huge roof area with amazing 360-degree views.
Outside
There is an outdoor area on two floors with two table and chair sets and seating on the first floor.
The extensive gardens have a large lawn and are fully maintained.
The private pool will keep you and your guests fully occupied when you are not enjoying the beautiful beach. Pool size approx.: 1.80 metres at its deepest point and 5 metres at its longest point.
Burgau has a charming laidback feel, a place where you can mix with the locals and taste food not specifically designed for tourists. This quaint village with its narrow winding streets retains much of its original atmosphere, friendly and welcoming people in a peaceful, pretty village which has many cafes, restaurants and unusual shops close to the golden sand beach.
Enjoy a walk along the coastline; take in the fresh air and serene views before heading back to the villa to sip a drink at sunset before strolling out to a restaurant for a delicious dinner.
If you want to return home with the feeling that you have experienced an authentic location then you wont find anywhere better, this is real Portugal!
MANDATORY BREAKAGE DEPOSIT: 1000 EUR PER BOOKING:
Paid to the owner two (2) weeks prior to arrival by Bank Transfer or Cash on Arrival.
The property owner/Management will take over full responsibility for holding and returning your Breakage Deposit and shall have the right to deduct from the Breakage Deposit charges for any damage/loss to the property or any item in it or on its premises that you or any member of your party causes.

Beach Towels: 3 EUR each per week

Baby Cot: 10 EUR each per week
The amount can be paid to the owner by Bank Transfer / Cash on Arrival.
