The house is part of an ancient medieval village restored, which retains all the charm of the typical architectural structures of the time, with skylight roofs, loggias, terraces, thick stone walls and usable spaces that articulate between the buildings.

The park extends among the homes including a lovely swimming pool, a solarium and green meadows shaded by mulberry trees, pines, oaks and cypresses. The whole village, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, is situated on a plateau in the heart of Chianti Colli Senesi. On the ground floor, near the pool and the park, there is a large living room with stone walls, a large fireplace and ancient wood beams, ideal for parties and weddings.

The smartly restored apartments are comfortable and functional, while retaining the flavors and colors of a past time. The interiors retain their authenticity thanks to the typical and comfortable furnishings, terracotta floors and wooden beamed ceilings.
